Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little extra support.
Having a confidential space to talk through what we are experiencing can help us gain a better understanding of ourselves, gain insight into our patterns of thinking and feeling, help us to feel seen and understood, and empower us in navigating the challenges we are facing.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), offering counselling and psychotherapy services in Croydon and London.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, safe space where together we can explore the issues that are troubling you. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including a specialism in eating disorders.
Together, we can work towards understanding, emotional healing, and positive change.
I offer individual integrative counselling to adults (25+) and young adults (18-25).
I offer both short-term therapy (8-16 sessions) and long-term.
Therapy is available in-person (in offices based in South Croydon and central London) and online.
I offer a free introductory session, where you can tell me a little bit about what brings you to counselling, and decide whether you feel we would be a good fit to work together. This call typically lasts 20 minutes. If you have any questions, or if you would like to book a free introductory call, please feel free to reach out and contact me.
